Beachside
Beachside is one of Isle of Palms private communities situated off Palm Blvd. near the entrance to the Coastal Retreat Center.
Beachside offers all the amenities you would want in a neighborhood. The enclave of homes has its own private beach access, pool and tennis courts. Many of the homes are second homes or primary residences, so the traffic through the community is minimal.
Beachside also enjoys a great location. You are near the heart of the Isle of Palms business district where you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants or shops.
Beachside consist of a total of 52 homes and was built in the early 1980′s.
